Our 16+ semi – independent accommodations have experienced staffs that provide 24hr support services to our clients.
Our clients are engaged positively to promote their social, emotional and behavioural well-being.
Each Young Person is allocated a Keyworker who ensures that the pathway plan is followed and maintaining effective communication with all relevant parties including family and Children Services.
We provide monthly reports, incident reports and updates to the referring authorities.
Summary of our services:
Health and Development: Registering Young People with GP, Dentist and Optician and accompanying them to appointments. Advise on Healthy Eating, smoking/substance misuse, sexual and emotional health.
Education/Training: Enrolling Young People in colleges, assisting with bursary applications, monitoring attendance, registration with libraries and supporting with PEP.
Finances, Money Management and Budgeting: Supporting Young People in opening and managing bank accounts, assisting with budgeting skills and money management.
Family, Friends and Support Networks: We support Young People to develop good relationship with families, friends, Professional and other significant link groups. Young People are also assisted in developing useful community knowledge and engaging in leisure activities.
Practical and Useful Life/Independence Skills: Young People are supported in developing practical life skills such as cooking, cleaning, personal hygiene, basic first aid, washing & ironing clothes, storing food, shopping and time management.
Immigration and Asylum: We accompany Young People to Home Office, Courts, Police, Solicitor and other relevant appointments.
Keywork/Group Session: We provide one-to-one keywork and group sessions to our Young People.
Religion and Cultural Needs: We support our Young People with their religion and cultural belief.
